i wouldn't take any type of short position on apple. this time next year the stock could be higher no matter what the market does.

i honestly don't see the gphone working. apple can make a phone because they're a pc manufacturer that also makes consumer gadgets. google is an advertising machine. maybe they can create some nifty software to throw up some ads on mobile phones, but making their own phone? it'll be like...

there's some good companies with nice valuations in oil... i'm more bullish on oil services than e&p

what has me worried more is the 'controlled' selling thats been propping up the yen during asian trading.
