One more question dottom, if the Fed is raising rates does it still make sense to buy 6 month t-bill, or would it make more sense to go with the shorter maturities? Presumably, once you buy a 6 month bill, you are locked in with that yield for 6 months? So one should go with a 4-week bill instead?

Can anyone share their experience with this firm and/or Rosenthal Collins Group (their clearing firm). They seem quite legit, but in view of the whole FutureWise scam, one cannot afford to take anything for granted anymore.

The daytrading margin for stocks applies 8am-8pm. Given that e-minis are traded around the clock, does that mean that the daytrading margin applies 00.00-23.59? Also, can somebody tell me which exchange provides the data feed for ZDM2 (a/c/e traded Dow Jones futures)?

Great, this makes a lot more sense now. BTW, what is the current yield on the 90 bills? Also, do you receive interest at the end of the 90 period? Once the bill expires, do you get your cash credited back to you?

dottom, Thanks for your reply. I think I am even more confused now, than before. I spoke to this broker today and they told me that t-bonds are ok. They did not say what maturity or anything like that. The only thing they said is that I have to keep enough cash in the account to allow...
