btw @slugar - here is the MD quote that sprung to mind when you mentioned fear of missing out.... It's interesting that both of those states reflect a focus on alleviating how the trader is feeling and not responding to the opportunities in the market. I guess I'm the flip side of that...

Cheers! What you said about ordering and rebuilding the belief system really makes sense. I'd read all of this many moons ago, but I guess sometimes you just have be in the right frame of mind for something to finally click.

Very timely reminder, and thanks. MD has been featuring quite prominently lately! To this point I would say that I knew these beliefs on an intellectual level, but not as a functional, set of core beliefs that guides my daily interactions with the market. That has to change and I'm determined...
