Yes I did not mean month after month he had 4k profits at all but rather many months of profit in varying amounts and a few months of nothing to small losses.

I don't think this would be a problem at all and I think it would actually work out better because the training would be immediately transferred.

That would be unethical as the teacher did not give my friend the rights (as he did me) to do that.
