Exactly, if money is missing it will first be sucked out of places to make the customers accounts whole. The only thing that scares the sht out of me is only 500k protection...

Is yours a futures account with your IB? Cant seem to get info if SIPA is handling segregated futures accounts. They have never dealt with futures accounts before.

They give you one phone number to close out positions that just rings and rings or is busy all day... fkn nightmare. Several exchanges that I currently have positions completely suspended all trading with MF, not even liquadation orders allowed.

I hope your correct. It is a segregated futures account and 500k protection is peanuts on a large account. Please keep posting more info as you get it as MF is not answering their phones...

Anyone had any luck transferring positions and cash to another broker? I have an account much bigger than don miller at MF and have got nowhere... please post any contacts or anything that might help.

I am a boring trader now.... I am all automated. Part of the reason why I haven't been on this board for 3 years. However, I still do some long term futures trades at times... I want to ride a short on the ES for 400-800 points Just want to wait for prime entry around 1400-1415 area...

Thanks, I will look into NXCore further to see if it is right for me. In terms of a exchange specific data feed.... can you lead me in some sort of direction? I am trading mainly amex and nasdaq.

Tradestation is almost flawless in terms of filtering these out of sequence trades. Been using it for over 5 years with hardly any issues. Like I said if TS is the only feed that filters like this(which I doubt) then I am looking for code someone has created to tackle these instances real time.

Their data is unfiltered and allows for inaccurate large bars ( out of sequence trades) that will muck up a chart. I need a filtered data feed for intraday equities that filters out these odd prints.

They do not have the capability to run my system.

Hi, I am in the market for a filtered intraday equities data feed. The reason I need filtered is to eliminate all the out of sequence trades( Wide range bars) real time which effect pattern signals that are created by my system. The data filtering technology at Tradestation works beautifully...

Tradestation is great for accurate historical data. It filters everything real time as well so the bars will not have the out of sequence trades(huge range). I am on the quest to find a data service that uses the same filter technology as tradestation. I would use TS but I have my own engine...

Can you recommend a good filtered data feed for intraday equities ( eliminates bad prints)? Tradestation seems decent but cant use it with my auto system. Thanks
