Hi Captain, you're absolutely right, it was a lucky trade...sharp just got in at the right time, but, the thing is it looks like he got in based on his signals and he follows his signals religiously (looks like) ... I'm a dumb idiot myself who breaks the rules all the time. :D

I agree, the guy looks legit based on his tracking, no bs... it looks as he makes consistent money on stocks but has been losing on his future trades.

yeah, it was probably a lucky trade but he seem to be quite consistent, at least on the blog - maybe he's lying on his records.. :-)

if you see the E*Trade statement he's showing he's had 800 shares of the SBY stock at 38, I guess his total cost was about $ 30,400... he made 15k out of that.. that's like 50% in one day. As far as the Canadian exchanges, the TSX is very solid right now... I personally never had a problem. I...

Try understanding the context instead of thinking about the numbers exactly -- how does the current support behaves compared to the last support? Hope you understand the example...

One thing is for sure, sometimes the backfill stalls... specially when you need it like right now (8:03am)...

It seems like the IB backfill is taking forever today... are you experiencing the same issue? I've logged with both my real and simulated account... same problem..:(

If you need tick charts IQFeed would do fine, otherwise you'll need eSignal... now, if you want charting and the IQFeed feed for free, try Ensign for $ 40/month -- it works with IB backfill as well... or QuoteTracker which works fairly well with IB feed.

How much does futuresource costs with CME eminis? couldn't find in their web site... can you chart stocks as well?
