Are IB and SC the only providers who make their clients involuntary beta testers? Does it not make sense to ask for volunteers to use this stuff for a few weeks before releasing it? Or is it just me? :) LC

SC insists it's IB's problem. IB insists it's SC's problem. Given my experiences with IB, I'll go with SC for now (I'm certainly not going to depend on IB for charts). In any case, IB finally belched out the backfill after all these hours. All I can do for Tuesday is hope for the best. LC

But your clients ARE traders. If your tech people have no idea what your clients are talking about, then you have a problem.

After spending 20m on hold? No thanks. My PC clock is exactly the same as the clock on TWS. If you want to tell me how to fix the problem here, fine. But I'm not going to waste any more time discussing this issue with somebody who doesn't know what a volume bar is.
