According to the CDC about 610,000 people die every year of heart attacks. Over 4 years that's 2.4 million. the rest are due to things like cancer, auto accidents, etc. e.g 589,430 is the estimate for cancer deaths. in 4 years that's 2.3 million. etc.

Really? The CDC, ignoring his extra weight, cholesterol etc gives him a life expectancy of 78. I would take at least 5 years off that for his weight and cholesterol problem. That gives him about three years to go. :-)
