TT feed via FIX protocol it's not always the same thing vs. TT Guardian feed: as said Ninja uses a compressed (i.e. coalesced /aggregated feed) so you can see and measure different ticks broadcasted tru TT Fix to Ninjatrader vs. X_Trader Guardian.

It's my understanding that the TT Fix is coalesced (usually.. and surely if used with Ninja). Did you compare the TT Fix with the standard TT Guardian feed for integrity?
