Arbitration because when you open an account will all brokers they make you sign an agreement not to sue but resolve issues through arbitration only . All you have to do is google the name of the broker and arbitration and see what comes up .

You really can't sue ... You have to go to arbitration

When TD Ameritrade sends you a trade confirmation does it show you the Date and "Time" of execution . Some brokers send you the order execution times down to the second . I want to know if TD Ameritrade does that . Thanks

Wow that June 70 Call is now Bid 4.70 Ask 5.15

Lately I have noticed that the spread between the bid and the ask on some options have been unusually wide .. i.e 20 30 and 40 cents or more e.g the shld june 18 call has a bid of .39 and an ask of .70
