How do you figure the 3% into doing your 1040 come April 15th of the following year? Do you automatically add the 3% or just pay the tax you calculated and let the IRS contact you regarding non-prepayment of tax interest and pay it acordingly? thanks

Everything I hear and read refers to how great it is to live in Colorado (Boulder,Longmont,Durango, Denver,on and on). There must be tons of bad things about Colorado that I cannot seem to find. Everyone I know who lives there loves it. What are the downsides? Where are all the Colorado...

Went to Barnes and Noble with the wife to grab some coffee and read some magazines... They had a HUGE table full of all kinds of newly published Real Estate books, most of them titled something to the sound of "How to never work again and make billions by buying homes for barely anything...

I have spoken to many people that used to live around Atlanta, and they moved out because they said that crime is skyrocketing and the city is becoming one big ghetto. They all USED to love it and now would never move back.

thanks.. we are still trying to decide where to live... much harder than we thought... I lived in New York, been around the whole state..... it sucks big time and only getting worse.... so I moved to South Florida. first to Aventura, beautiful but total land "area" of the city is 1.0...
