If I join a prop trading with myown money...what will I learn from them? Is there any recommended prop firm with "teaching traders" patern or programs? I know they all have some sort of trader camps...but I wonder whichone is focused on 'teaching'??? You guessed...I am not as experienced...

I getting to the point when I need to hedge my long and short positions with puts. just FYI, I use QID, DOG for hedging against down trend...but not need to learn 'true options' to trade invidual stocks.

just spoke to IB - there is no option of opting out unless you are using some 3rd party API integration...integrating with IB. Otherwise it's mandadory...

I understand IB is trying to make connecting secure and authorized but I think it's getting a bit combersome putting the number...plust I have to carry an extra card if connecting remotely. What dayaaya think??

I can't recall if you said you have a day job or if you are professional trader. if you have a day job...then where did you learn or how did you learn trading... Wouldn't you want to do it fullt ime?
