I was watching this one too. Early in Premarket it went back down. The real push started afterwards. And that is the problem with this kind of afterhours pushes... Some follow through others drop quickly back in premarket. However, the ratio of 2nd day runner is imo very high lately...

Your limit is the floor. Say your limit is 0.05 and offset 0 and bid/ask is 0.05/0.08. Then your order will be at exchange with limit 0.08. If ask goes up to 0.09 your order will remain at 0.08. If ask goes down to 0.07 your order will follow to 0.07. If ask of other orders goes back up to...

Well, the oil thing was a mistake on their side, they did admit, compensate (many others had similar issues and are now in legal battles with customers) and move on... I don't get why you would want to trade more than 1 NQ on each 20k in your trading account. A 100 pt move is nothing these days...

Unless he paid a ton in commissions there are winners on the other side of his trades... Maybe he had ended up on the wrong end of pump and dump nano and microcap type of trades... ?

If your order is only active during regular trading hours you will get the open print or very close to it (depending on how your order is exactly handled by the broker). If your order went active any time during premarket, you will get the bid price at that moment if >12 or get executed at 12 if...

Just opened thread in trading, Futures reacted SLOWLY.. Went short NQ @11500 and now covering around 11400ish and below.

Algos obviously coudn't assess this big news correctly... Futures were very slow to react, NQ was still trading far >11500 when CNBC reported...

Does anyone else have strange commissions today? It seems to me that rebates and exchange fees are not forwarded today. Was fine till yesterday. I get the same commission (only IBKR fee) no matter which exchange or add/take liquidity. Does anyone else encounter the same issue?
