Most credit cards will charge you the at the moment spot exchange rate if you use a card for a purchase. Simply make sure you pay off the card so as not to get hit with interest and you should be fine.

No, I can't withdraw funds. The point of trading it though is on the off chance I will see them, in some %, if at all. No reason not to put in a couple quick trades in every once in awhile when an opportunity is staring you in the face.
