    Boy this is sick...I put on a B-Fly (Paper trade) 1285/1295/1305 April 26 for .55 debt ( At that time I thought we would close lower than 1300 in May)...could close it out today for 2.75! I'm rolling in Paper MONEY:D I think tho I might start putting on a small directional B-fly sometime...

    Not to get too off topic...but the NDX is at the bottom of the oversold oscillator and beginning to turn up. going to start by legging into a debt spread at 1650/1675 then if/when oscillator goes into pos territory will condor/B-fly it by credit spread. (June)

    You did better than I did:( Trying to leg in I bought the 1370 at .55 then when the mkt turned around very late in the day sold the 1355's at 1.15 for only a .60 credit. Nice trade! actually I THOUGHT I was selling the 1360's:eek:

    gave up .10..filled for .55 I do expect volatility this week and some days that could be up...so legging into the call side seems reasonable.

    well after changing order several times tried to leg in BTO 1225 for 4.4 (also cutting down the # of contracts) and frantically tried to pair it up as the spx went higher...ugh:mad: finally STO 1245 for 6.3 and now have a(very..about 9mos) pg. butterfly 1250/1245/1225...should be interesting:p

    What's wrong with getting puts assigned?

    This is an excellent way to accumulate stock you want to own. You still need to be bullish on the stock to implement the plan...but it is a good one. Nice methodical way of acquiring stock.
