Is there a resource on the net where one can find gaps for the day - preferably updated 30 minutes or so after the market opens. I know I can do this with various software packages - but looking for something on the net (preferably free). Thanks in advance.

PM it to me! FYI - I don't think you would catch anymore flack than usual - the majority of criticism comes from how long you hold - especially losing positions. Posting a return tied to time (monthly, quarterly, yearly) would give you more credibility.

Mr. Market- More power to you, and thanks for posting. You have had some good trades, and I even participated in one (it met my technical criteria). My only question is - do you know your monthly/annual return? I know your return per trade - but, have you ever put it in a time format...

I don't know how XP works, but with Windows2000 you can just shut it off - you don't have to install a utility.

See attached - and vice versa for bearish. One of my favorites - note, sometimes there are only two small bodies before the continuation.

Great thread. It took me years to figure this out - and practice it - but once I did, my trading improved substantially!!! I have been profitable for years thanks to simple methods. :D
