Im sorry i dont think that has any weight. you said it 'works at times' thats probability at play and that 'gut' feeling is due to experience. Im not saying psychics dont exist because i really have no clue but as a trading strategy i would go with technicals personally
I think it is way too early to try and correlate anything with Bitcoin. It is not stabilised and has not found its true pattern yet. Maybe in a few years it may set one but still in its infancy imo
really seems that way the way they are printing so many dollars and keeping it artificially high even through one of the worst economic situations the world has every seen in lockdown
Agree hedging is better for a wider gap in price/time. Even then it can still not be worth it. Once youve done your analysis you should have risk management in place and be okay with the loss and move to the next if necessary
like this lol it is all about probability so once you have a stop at a place where you are comfortable and you know you have backtested your strategy to make sure it works you should be fine.
Doesn't surprise me it is going to move up and down for sure it was a large drop but with the markets for it being so new i think there will be lots of adjusting and manoeuvring over the next few months

I think lots of psychological fortitude comes from experience too as well as reading books. No amount of reading can match the value of being in the trenches and feeling them feelings yourself
