I wouldn't suggest eliminating them all-together, just don't make them a staple in your diet. A little estrogen is good. Be cognizant of your mood and any possible estrogen fat deposits.

Excellent commentary. All men over 25 should take an anti-estrogen and or aromatase inhibitor. As you eluded to, there are nasty estrogens out there in everything. In fact, isoflavones in soy mimick estrogen...

100% agreed except for the fact that the qualiity of babes at MCD's is nothing like SBUX. There is a herd of realtors in this area who raid the local SBUX and they'll do anything for a lead. Anything. But yea MCD's coffee is smoother and cheaper...
