AAA, I've had the same problems. Level II on the emini's consistently freezes when there is heavy volume. Also have periodic reinitializations of Realtick once or twice a week. Realtick tech support doesn't address it only to say the particular server either looks fine or has issues and for...

Andy4, If you are a profitable emini trader you DO NOT want to claim M to M. You lose the 60/40 gain tax split from futures.

My accountant wrote off the expenses even though I wasn't M to M (although I declared it for the following year), see a trading accountant.

Why would Millennium Trust allow you to invest in futures with a margin account if it's against IRS rules? Eventually the IRS will catch their customers then shut them or that particular service down.

You would probably be a little bit looney too if you were trading a $400 million dollar hedge fund...
