I keep hearing this again and again, and the only reason that has been given is that (and I think that this is the reason) is that it has to do with rounding off on the final count of the bar... If this is the case, why is it such a big deal? Do the final few contracts/shares that account...

Maybe I am missing something, but they have the same validity because they represent the same thing on all types of charts.. Anek and others used volume based charts with TL with much success. I really have a hard time going back to time based charts after using volume based ones.

crap, I forgot to include my interpretation of your chart... also, notice how after the chop (2nd aqua circle), the market drops, attempts to test the support (which has now become resistance) and then drops, allowing you to draw that trendline..

If you dont mind, i just wanted to point something out on your trades. First one was excellent.. 2nd one ( the aqua circle I noted it) if you notice, that initial resistance line, BECOMES a form of support....... So if nothing else, its a time to cautious... Also, if you notice...

I know the chart is a day old, but maybe you can elaborate on why you entered when you did... From the looks of it, it seems you are entering late, and against the trend... Maybe I am reading your chart wrong... Or perhaps it is part of a strategy that I am not clear on...

Good points. I wasnt trying to imply that people should have made a killing, especially after reading your recap on how the price action played out. And I agree about the hindsight thing.. Good thing I am still messing around on a sim.
