This rally seems very suspicious to me. I'm not in either way right now but after yesterday's action I have turned more to the bear side I think. This additional upside movement could be a good selling opportunity. We'll see where it goes.

IB has something like this in TWS called the Arbitrage Meter if they are a broker you use. It is pretty basic and I have never relied on it personally but that might help you out.

I think this will be a good thing to have if I can get away from the desk. I have used a bowflex for years and it is pretty good machine in my opinion. They have a thing now called the "treadclimber". I'll have to check around and see what is a good one to get. It would sure beat sitting around...

One thing I would really like to do though is get a treadmill or something to exercise on during the day and still keep an eye on the trading screens. Does anyone out there do this with any success? Make money and get in shape at the same time is not a bad thing.
