Exactly my understanding. When you say you always enter on increasing volume, then, you mean two different things: "previously increasing volume" when it's an FTT, and "current/future increasing volume" when it's a Point 3.

I find your description of what you do confusing. An FTT is always followed by decreasing volume until we hit the RTL, isn't it? So isn't your FTT entry always on decreasing volume?

No, it's not a problem of the earlier line being too close to be selected. The selection is accurate, but the copy function isn't applied to the selected line. Perhaps has something to do with buffer memory. I remember someone else having this problem months ago, and I think the only solution...

The FTT starts a retrace, so it should be on declining volume at that fractal until we hit the (original) RTL and either get a BO or an FBO. By shifting to the 2-minute YM to look for rising volume I think you are shifting to a lower fractal (the retrace/tree), and therefore seeing the...
