Also, the owner of LULU Lemon sold 49% of his stake within the last year for 108 million. Not a bad flip to make 30%+ on the private equity that purchased from him (15 x 18.7m = 280m mkt cap). The company is also selling out its 'home grown feel' by outsourcing all its production and fitting...

Possibly the worst trading day i have experienced.

Things were going ok untill that rip near the EOD... was talking on MSN and had a bunch of shares show up in my blotter from orders I left out. I guess i got what i deserved, cant just leave size sitting around expecting nothing to happen.

In Canada, no one can stop you from making an honest living by changing who you work for, but some companies do have behind the scenes deals not to hire a trader if they have worked for a previous specific company. In that case i think it depends who you worked for before, and who you work for...

This is a useless non legal opinion but to the lay person (me) you perfectly described a winning lawsuit if you can actually prove you didn't sell anything. Did the websites provide contact info for yourself, and did they disclose you were not serious in actually selling courses?

Back to normal today, nothing special. Also thank you for the kind words but believe me when i say that my trading is nothing special. I just control risk well and know when to take a swing.
