You and I both know this is a crocked industry no better than casino. The positive side is that laws, politicians and many organizations are willing to watch this industry closely to make sure it looks as fair as possible. The PDT rule is a crocked rule and needs to go away.

How much more do you want so that you allow cash transaction in a margin account? $3K minimum? Why cannot this be done? I think there is flexibility for brokers to interpret the PDT rules only applying to margin transactions. For your own interest, why don't you do it? Please explain?

Nobody is stupid? Yes, there are. IMO, it is those who are not even know they are in danger one way or another, for instance, metooxx. I am not saying you are for sure. But that is my impression.

And you don't try to convince me to open an account with more than 25K. I am not going to do that. I will eventually figure out a way to day trade like before with must less than 25K. No future, no SSF, I know I am going to blow up easily in those markets. :p
