too eager to trade, deserve the defeat.

Down 300 in the morning, net -54 at last, could be better and worse. What is important is that I wasn't panic when net was -300 and wasn't too excited when I almost recover all the losses. Tomorrow will be the big day.

Some good trends today, not much range movements. Should be a good day, profit is limited by my skills.

Good trading day. Followed my plan, trading only in the morning and after 2:30pm. Down 100 by 10:30am and stopped trading, didn't try to get it back from range. After 2:30 pm, traded only a few trades and get them all back. Even though didn't make any money, I still feel happy following plan today.

Thomas, the loss was accumulated from many small losses. I don't hold any position for long. The loss was caused mostly by my mind and out of self-control. Trying to be out of every battle. Keep reminding myself don't get into every battle.

Another losing day. Should have taken the morning profits. Trading is so hard if you have control problems.

I always realize the profit too late and trigger the stops. I would try not to trade these defined ranges this month. Only trade in the morning and after 2:30pm. These periods of time I made most of the money.

Mo, thanks for the idea. But are we supposed to have different trading strategies at different times of the day? I was trying to do as many trades as possible, but don't have a good strategy for that period of time. I have performance reports and watching that closely.

you are right. i dont have a clear trading plan, trying to catch the price action through level2 and t&s. i am pretty new in the game. a lot to learn from you guys.

Yes equities. More level 2 T&S. Too much trades. Trading is so exhausting.

Too much trades. Tough day. No easy money. Got $270 in the morning, lost them all and get a little back. Nothing left after fees. Still have no idea how to trade at lunch time, typically after 11 am until 2:30 pm.
