I put in a limit order on NQ @ 1539.00 right as market took off.. no fill

Now I can tell you.. the ES is leading.. Hindsight Both the ES & YM made new highs but the NQ did not.. oppositte this morning.. the NQ made new lows while the ES & YM did not So what does that mean.. I don't know

What about now.. I'm showing R1 on ES @ 1141.80.. market moved strongly up there and its been consolidating ever since.. will it continue?? I'm debating a long here

Hey YYnott, Do you a seat on the CME or were you taking a tour?? Do they offer tours of the CME.. My kids live in Chicago and I"ll be going up there to see them towards summer time and would like to tour the exchange if they offer it..

When I'm relaxed which isn't too often I trade much better.. Its definitely the way to trade.. relaxed and detached.. A typical example of what happens to me is like today.. was very patient.. waited for a good set up.. was watching closely at that resistance.. didn't take the trade.. but...

Yes.. I saw the shooting star near the open.. another thing that made me think the trend was too strong to enter against was the fact that the market made a new high.. I"m paying a lot more attention to s/r areas.. and a lot of things seem to be getting clearer.. thanks for all the help...

You're right.. in looking at the 1m chart it looks to me like a pull back with a strong trend..
