I've been using Tradestation's Radar Screen Pro: very customizable

they are especially good with analyst ratings changes, earnings warnings, earnings announcements, splits etc. They have an archive of all of the above which is exportable to MS Excel so you can back-test the value of this stuff I find it absolutely invaluable.
