I was making too many trades with the faster bars. As was mentioned above the patterns show up in all time frames. Today in my day trading account I only took 6 trades.

is there a way to determin who belongs to an IP address? My firewall will let me know if the computer is trying to contact an IP address and give me the address it is trying to connect to. Can I trace this address?

Wasn't sure if they were tick or volume charts. I'm using 5 minute candlestick and looking for short swings.

What time frame are you trading on? Why that fast?
