Nice week ! I feel like using options gets quite expensive (bid-ask spread) and your expectancy would really need to be quite high to justify paying the spread on intraday moves.

I can agree that it makes you a better trader at this specific style of trading. Hundreds of other trading styles could distract your brain and provide similar benefits. I'm also guessing you might have other interests. Anyway good to see that a Canadian brother is performing so well.

Nice to know! I am also using automated strategies and Friday and Monday were special days for sure! I mostly do intraday strategies though.

Are your orders mostly market orders or limit orders? My guess is you probably mix both. What is the average duration of your trades?

I've always had the impression that RV spreads (calendar, ...) are an integral part to a robust system. Good to know that you are implementing it! Will it change your data timeframe? How come you haven't touched these kind of strategies before?
