    I got the Crabel book...

I created a "wishlist" on half.com a couple of months ago and put the Crabel book on it. On Sunday, someone listed it for only $250 so I scoffed it up:

    IB TWS & Firewalls

yes... i keep a network monitoring tool open all the time (http://itcan.programmer.nl) for web browsing, loophole logs onto the proxy, gets the page, and logs off. for data collection, it's low bandwidth... usually about 2K to 3K per sec with data streaming in.

The WAP browser still requires the firewall port to be open for the WTLS protocol, so that doesn't work. loopholesoftware.com is categorically the way to go.

Article: Bankruptcy Judge Orders Wade Cook Into Liquidation

I actually work with a guy who dropped 6 grand for his seminar and insists to this day that covered calls are the way to go. P4 and dual monitors

Hi again... Dell has conveniently made it so that most of these third party memory brands will not work with the proprietary "notch" they require on the side of the dimm/simm/whatever it's called these days.

    Worm Attack

I'm thinking the "Windows Update" feature should cover other apps besides just Windows, IIS, IE, and media player. Like SQL Server, etc. There are so many patches it is easy to miss one if you don't check the Microsoft website all the time (i.e. if your fulltime job is not as a system admin).

    P4 and dual monitors

Okay, I agree. I tend to buy as much memory as I can afford since I use Microsoft Development tools and databases, which tend to be memory hogs. I have to remember that the general population will not be running such things.

    P4 and dual monitors
