    IB slow today?

Last two days NYSE quotes in the TWS have been way off, bid and ask lagging by minutes and out of sync, sometimes showing bid higher than ask, sometimes size showing a negative number? Curious if anyone else has had this problem?

    Don's Opening's Journal....

all out at 9:43 8 orders 2 fills 1 win 1 loss plus 17 cents net after commissions Woulda held a little longer but IB's quotes went bonkers (like showing negative numbers on size, bid and ask way off of what tradestation was showing) - could be making better exits right now but did not want...

    Don's Opening's Journal....

7 orders, 2 fills, 2 winners Plus 37 cents minus 4 cents commish. Sold the BAC way to early, but better than a stick in the eye. edit: housing starts just came out negative, and I guess I didn't sell the BAC too early after all.

    Don's Opening's Journal....

It can be done with IB, and rumor is that they are adding OO orders to their workstation. It is a bit of a challenge to monitor your open positions, while you are simultaneously checking on what's open, what's not open yet, and cancelling the unfilled orders as stocks open inside the...

    Don's Opening's Journal....

Is this as simple as using a larger envelope for the higher beta stocks for entry, as well as giving them more room to wiggle in terms of risk control?

EOD Data not matching up to Intraday chart...

Probably a data error. A lot of the quote vendors get their data from the same source. I see this sometimes with intraday Tradestation 6 data, check it on Yahoo, and Yahoo has the wrong high or low also ( as it does in this case, also). I email data integrity at Tradesation and they research it...

    Daytrading and Taxes

http://www.armencomp.com/tradelog/ I have used this product the last two years and it works as advertised. It takes electronic statements, either daily or monthly, from various different brokers, and generates the reports, info, etc. necessary for the preparation of Schedule D. I ran a...
