Total agree with you on the ES queuing. With a 2500 bid and 2500 offer, i dont think my chances of getting hit on the bid are very high. The YM and NQ are not as liquid but the most that is on the bid and offer is around 150-200 which is reasonable, like a small to mid cap stock.

when money is being poured into something, its value increases. Point being, when the government puts in money into the stock markets(ie gives money to banks who put the money in the markets) the value will increase. Whether the worldwide financial market is a bubble or not, i have no idea...

Its pointless to have level 2 or direct access if you only have $10,000. You wouldnt be able to day trade equities which what the level 2 and direct access are for.
