Is it possible to get the New York Open Book for stocks that have special classes of shares? eg. VIA/B I only see the L1 NYSE price on VIA class B, (VIA/B) is it possible to get open book on these stocks? (Or is something configured incorrectly at my prop firm?) Thanks! - mnx

nyse had some major issues this morning... I had dot orders crossing the market by 10 cents that wouldn't fill (these are on hybrid stocks too...) I'd hit cancel after waiting a few minutes and then I'd have to wait a couple minutes for a cancel... then I'd just route elsewhere... - mnx

why don't you contact title trading directly? I'd reccommend going with whoever has the lowest fees overall... if you're a noob it will keep you in the game longer.... - mnx

nope, Merryl caused me a $25,000 loss once and wouldn't do anything... I had a stuck bid on BBY (their DOT routing went down) for 25,000 shares... When I put the order out it wasn't acknowledged, but it somehow got to the floor and since it wasn't ack'ed in my software I couldn't cancel it...

Yeah I noticed that shite the other day... I was holding a stock in place on a hybrid stock with a bunch of fake bids, and the specialist droped his bid 10 cents... I was like "oh no"... so I hit cancel and everything canceled... Guess they can still screw around with people.... - mnx
