The journal will be just fine. You don't have to post every day especially if you don't have a good signal that day on your system.

A true pro doesnt mind sharing @ what price they got in the market and when they got out. However, no one has to share or teach there method. I for one am sure not going to.:D

I think for now we should focus on the ES since thats what most people are familiar with. I personally trade FOREX and anything that moves.:D
