I know the SPY is up, but what about the SP futures? If the Lycos live charts are correct, then the SPY are priced incorrectly. Where do you guys lookup the current quote of the SP futures, and what is the symbol?

I'm looking at lycos live charts, symbol sp2z, and it seems the S&P futures are down almost 15 points from the close. Could they be selling in response to the MSFT news? Buy the rumor sell the news? Anyone with a different quote?

It doesn't seem that the SP futures moved much in reaction to the move. Are my quotes off? Anyone have a current as of 5:15?

What is the evaluation period? Meaning if you're not profitable, or not profitable enough, before they terminate you. Are there certain goals that you must reach every month?

Just curious to find out, after the salary period is over, or if doesn't end, how much of your profits do you keep, and what the commission rates they are going to be charging you.

If I had to guess, there's probaly a small #1 in almost all of them, but their shares wouldn't make a big difference. In some instances, maybe single digit percentage, a large institution gets wind. In these days, I don't think many of these institutions would be willing to trade on that...

Investigate that's funny. They only investigate when it makes the front page of a newspaper. If you look at most stocks, the volume almost always increases right before a major new story. Always makes me wonder who knows what.

I agree with you, but we live in a democracy, and we have to come up with a system that the majority will approve of. Hopefully this forum willcome up with something that everyone would be happy with, and the site administrators and moderators would be willing to implement.

Not a bad idea, but you would need to apply some sort of weighting to the star system, in order to prevent people from signing on just give you a low rating. Obviously, ranking by senior members should carry more weight. Or, somone shouldn't be allowed to rank until they reach 100 posts.
