yea I'm live testing, don't know how to backtest on ninja yet. I consider commissions and everything, only thing I gotta consider is the psychology when losing but I haven't been so losing so far lol I guess the demo is as realistic as it can be without taking into consideration psychology...

whats this payout you guys talk about? Im new but my prop firm only takes commissions not any payout. How does that work?

Thanks for the tips guys. From your posts I conclude that demoing itself is realistic price wise but the psychology isn't . I will definitely work on that and start small.

I think your right. I just learned how to make good money consistently the first 30 mins every day based on trends then the rest of the day is "not my type of trading" so I dont trade. I'm new though so I'll figure out the less trendy mid-day stuff soon enough but it is definitely harder.

I have a trading system where in the first 30 minutes of trading I make most of my money. I have been demoing it and make an average of $250 a day. I wait for stocks to pass a resistance/support or moving average etc. and get in the trade in the direction I think it will go. Im worried however...

Correction, your a loser. Don't you think 95% of wannabe lawyers and doctors fail? If its worth doing tons of people will fail and the few who want it bad enough won't.
