I never knew Quotetracker did market profile! Must be a new feature. What is the title of daltons book? Every fixed income trader I know uses Market profile to trade fixed income. Cool to see you guys using it for the ES.

I hear good things. I am not used to these lower end charting/trading solutions and have been surprised at how good they are. Tradestation pissed me off with Eurex and not having that. Neoticker now has some live demo ---so maybe I will check it out ---it has some very cool features.

FWIW. Neoticker is another program ---people RAGE about---but I have never used it and do not know how good it is with IB backfil or if they have other backfil options.

Quotetracker should look at a couple of features Ensign uses ---like the custom alerts that allows the combining of indicators to produce buy and sell signals on a chart. Plus the easy to use indicator auto programmer that lets you manipulate indicators ---to see bars painted a certain way...

I bitched about this to Ensign as well. I was told that Howard brought out a detached window version (ala Neoticker) and it was a technical nightmare. You could drag the windows anywere --but it had problems. Anyhow, I do not know if they are working on this programming still or not. But...

IT is not TWS. I ran Evidence Elimantor to clean out the cobwebs and now TWS comes up just fine. THANK GAWD. I now use TWS as my main data feed ---and thought the trading gods were punishing me for leaving my higher end feeds in the dust! It appears to be something in the friggin Ensign...

Something has changed at IB since the halfs were introduced. However, over the past couple days it is tightening up in the EUR/USD. Today I was filled at a half pip a couple times. It does jump out to two pips way more than it did. Or at least appears to. I got used to it being one pip for...

I have seen instances were it has tightened up to a half pip ---but most of the time of late ---the change to half pips has made things worse.
