Unfortunately you can't always hit 'em. It is always easy in hindsight to go back and see what the problem was. The short just so happened that it was at the bottom. I could not do anything about it. But on that long I really doubt if you would have gotten filled on it unless you got your order...

I would not have changed it during the trading session. That can actually be very time consuming and distorts the S/R notion. Only change for the next day.

Yes, good way to wrap up your long term trade. I don't really worry about influencing others because those that want to be infuenced will go somewhere to find it. Those that don't listen to anybody surely won't listen to me. So that is how I rationalize it anyway.

Yeah yeah... LOL...I just had to go play frog rescue in the backyard. They keep getting in our pool and can't get out so my wife has to keep checking to see if we need to rescue anything. Just now we save 3 frogs and one gecko. I feel so alive right now every vegan on earth should love me. LOL:D

What sux is one time I gearing up to trade the FOMC announcement with a market order and did the same thing I couldn't get out quick enough and lost 3 points trying. Luckily on those I did small size and went for more points.

OK I am out at 46.25. I was mad that it didn't take mine the first time it hit. I wanted to get that extra point to cover my loss on the first trade. Then 2 points profit on a double load. That will buy me a nice present for tonight. Glad I stuck with it and got 3 points .

Romik, I am considering stealing a page from your trading book and doubling up the next time around. Price has hit the LOD 3 times and could not break through it. I would be saying that this time it will break through and if it doesn't I will exit quickly and try for at least 1.25 points. G

I have done that. Early in this journal between my brother and me we took the trade 4 times in one day.

Thanks KT, I actually like looking at foreign charts to see if my methods would be valid on them as well. I think I could have traded that alright. I have never been to the Ukrain but have been to several of the Baltic countries. I really enjoyed Lithuania it was a neat country. Gary

Yeah, follow the rules and see over the long haul how it works. I know it does work but trying to out think the market will surely lose over the long run.
