TZA might go to $15 from $10.85 in no time.

You gotta have some real conviction to hold TZA for a year! I want to see the Russel cross its 200 day before I buy into this whole bear mentality, TZA's long term charts are downright scary...

Romik, are you still trading Palladium? I feel like going long on fundamentals after it corrects a touch.

Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

I agree with many of your points; however, the U.S. Fed has a dual mandate, so they could postpone a rate hike if they knew markets would correct significantly and companies would layoff employees - the markets perception of this mandate is the entire basis of today's rally. Of course, how much...

Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

I looked at a few articles about this with historical performance and the impression I got is that late May is the time to sell.

    Gambling on TSLA earnings

Suprised Tesla didn't rally for over half the day considering earnings were good and Musk was playing up the whole powerwall demand. I guess you just never know.

Schiff is your classic broken clock, he's bound to be right eventually. I also believe he isn't as dumb as he acts, he has every incentive to lie considering all of his conflicts of interest, i.e. being a precious metals dealer, etc.

Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

I think tomorrow is a coin toss, the jobs report estimates are not bad and not great, so who knows. We need a really bad report to get a rally, a really good report could cause a selloff due to rate hike fears.

Jack Of All Trades VS Specialist Trader VS Mastery

Each of your traders had very specific reasons that they did what they did from passion to system to fund size, so you have to consider all of those factors.

Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

I could see it being a half day rally though, if speculators start to take positions to price in the job report in the afternoon prior to Friday. Should be interesting either way, I went long before the close, already up nicely.

I agree and expect the market to go higher tomorrow - it was only Yellen's fat mouth that drove it down.

charles evans says its "NOT APPROPRIATE TO RAISE RATES UNTIL EARLY 2016 " haha

In a vacuum I feel like they can raise rates a little at years end with a healthy stock correction following; however, we are not in a vacuum, the world has now embarked on full blown currency wars - Australians lowered rates yesterday to 2% even though they have a housing bubble closing in on...

Short AUD Ahead Of Likely Rate Cut ?

Wanted to go long with an etf, but markets closed here, trade would have worked as the rate cut was already priced in before the statement, Auzzie already up a percent, frustrating. Did you trade the move?

Short AUD Ahead Of Likely Rate Cut ?

I just read many analysts in the news appear to think a rate cut is coming, but the actual statements from the reserve bank the last months all sound the same which makes the trade seem like a coin flip to me... but the analysts must be looking at something else? April: "The Australian dollar...

WHEN ROBOTS COLLUDE: Computers are adopting a legally questionable means to crush the competition

We hit 1 billion in 2011 and in 2014 the SPARC M7 was up to 10 billion transistors - so Moore's Law has not slowed yet, though I agree with you that progress could slow a little while they transition away from silicone and its physical limitations (i.e. overheating) before moving to the next...

WHEN ROBOTS COLLUDE: Computers are adopting a legally questionable means to crush the competition

The difference between 1965 and today is our current point in time coupled with Moore's Law. From 1965 it took decades just to reach the 1 million transistor count; now we are in a position to add billions of transistors every year. In fact IBM developed a computer to mimic cortical columns in...
