am going through lek securities and downloading statements, but can't figure out any way to just do a point/click "monthly statements of all trades in PDF format". i've gone to their vip/lek webpage and downloaded the entire page in HTML format, and cut / pasted the stuff in excel format...

i can verify - still have problems when accessing via 'penson' account access, but the online account access (the line above it) has worked fine for the past couple days.

yup, mine still has the same problem. i called and the rep could duplicate my problem with his (non-admin) account, so hopefully they'll be able to slap penson around or something.

please don't throw this offtrack. no, it's not a trojan. 100% certainty. i don't use outlook/web for mail. these were sent to a server (separate) with very specific user email IDs. and i've talked with others who have gotten them as well, but didn't have tagged email addresses. oh...

edit: they also got thestreet.com's email database as well, just got one there.

i give out tagged email addresses to my brokerage accounts. so i might give out one like ib @(my domain name).com to interactive brokers, another one would be like iz101 for izone, etc. a couple years ago, i got my first stock spam sent to an inside brokerage account. that was to an izone...

well, i left them in january when they changed owners and such. now, good luck getting online help (doesn't exist?) and support@sogotrade (listed on their website) is a user unknown account. they also don't have a tollfree number.

1) 99% of trades are intraday. and a majority of those last one time frame of the day (morning, lunch doldrums, afternoon) 2) no. 3) no idea. 4) when you don't have your normal edge - either because of the market or your psychological makeup - trade a lot less or don't trade at all...

lightspeed's main part clears through penson, and genesis basically split up, and the remnants clear through penson.
