I just got my money back from Penson/GHCO. It was supposedly parked in a segregated account at Harris Bank in Chicago. Is that just a front? By that I mean are they somehow getting the money from Harris Bank and lending it out elsewhere?

I'm using Quotetracker. It works great until the market starts moving fast. Then, it just goes on hold until the market slows down, and it 'bursts' the last 10 seconds all at once.

Has anybody switched over to Esignal feed for Quotetracker (or any other datafeed), and if so what is your feedback? I really like Quotetracker, but I am sick of IQfeed slowing down every time the market starts moving quickly. I trade the ES. Also, if anyone uses regular Esignal for the ES...

I think it's the feed. Sierra users are also getting lags.

I have never seen it so bad as today. I've only ever been behind by 10 seconds at most. Today, it was lagging by a couple of minutes. What a piece of crap feed. It was worthless all afternoon.

I have to agree about IQ feed into Quotetracker. They have the same problems with Sierra also. Mine works great except when the market gets fast. Then it stops working for a few seconds and then 'bursts' to catch up. For $75 a month, you'd think it would be flawless.

Who are you using? I'm demoing Ninja/Zen and X-Trader and they were both lockstep all day. I have trouble believing X-Trader was 30 seconds behind IB.
