Just wanted to say this is an interesting thread. I love how on the one hand you have people figuring everything is just one big sham and on the other hand people saying that only losers complain. It seems people are becoming increasingly divided on the "truthfulness" of the markets.

This is actually very important to remember. When you go short you have to make sure that you're making enough on the stock to cover the costs of borrowing + the dividend costs. New traders can often get messed up by this.

I wouldn’t touch FB either with a 10 foot pole. I guarantee you in 10 years there are going to be a lot of angry suckers who are left holding the bag. Facebook is popular but not financially viable enough as a company.

I’d never do that. I’d be scared to death to climb up there. Kudos to those guys that can do it though.
