As far as I understood the intention is to go long the YEILD (short bonds) and that is definitely TBT. TLT is exactly the opposite

TBT It's an inverse ETF for 20+ treasury bonds. Although I think that the collapse of US debt is questionable in the nearest future it's a good play for next 2-3 years
