    developing a profitable strategy is *not* the hard part. executing it consistently is. i doubt anyone could have enough trust in a strategy they didn't develop and/or test themselves to stick with it during the inevitable rough patches.

    bank of (A) has $450,000 bank of (A) loans out 450K to ten home purchasers who have put down 50K >> to finance that, bank (a) borrows $4050k in the market << after a few months, the home owners are incapable of paying the mortgage bank of (A) sells all ten houses at 450K buyers...

    I can see this type of product isn't available in the US yet? And no, you do not get 7% per annum plus 40% of the annual gains.... That would be a nice product.

    Guaranteed payout is less than what market offers. Difference is invested in call options. This is something you can easily do yourself and get better terms.
