I prefer NSR over Mindfulness because I don't have 80 minutes a day to practice Mindfulness. Sometimes I do NSR and sometimes I do hypnosis/NLP both work for me in different ways.

What I find so ridiculous is the small amount of sample data used in these studies to justify their good results. Traders would laugh, I hope, if a sample of 20 were used to prove something worked, yet this happens with studies/ trial I have seen.

Oh I agree. When my wife worked for a large mortgage banker she said there were two guys that managed packing and selling the loans to wallstreet or other banking related institutions. They just sat there and watched bonds and treasuries all days, made a couple of trades,etc.
