Yes obviously I have noticed that a time or two... This looks like toast into the close unless somehow they regain 900 on cash level

Y it has - I wrote about it yesterday here since it wasn't mentioned much, all the action is in the currency markets - but the crosswinds are confusing as hell right now....

There's been no selling whatsoever today - aka no worries - not that I don't think that cannot change but for now no one is worried - VIX off the cliff - SPX ramp up off open and only a few points off high, no worries!

5 year bond auction results at 1pm - should be interesting to see reaction - currency markets, stock markets and bond markets all sending mixed signals it seems...

I would expect some trapped longs from friday to bail (if only a little bit) prior to bond auction results at 1 PM EST and the fed decision later - don't know how much they can dent the SPX but you should get a little move both ways. Right now ES is a no volume vacuum...

Ticks can barely register a negative reading - definitely trying to squeeze the bears as much as possible ahead of the meeting.

Looks more like sellers on strike ahead of FOMC to me....volume does suck but lots of data today.

Bigpipn or LC - someone who knows.. Please chime in on the currency market action today - that is really where the action is! And I just dont know enough to read between the lines other than assuming part of it is due to bond auctions/fed decisions later this week - HUGE moves though.

Primarily the daily as am looking for a bounce off 50 day and heading into end of quarter however I didn't like the action so much so I bailed for now - I would like to reenter lower if I am that lucky.

Weak bounce action overnight thus far but dollar on the run (to the downside again). I presume this is partly to help out the oil/inflation trade since it is very crowded. Could easily see a little more downside then maybe bounce tomorrow after Fed decision and continue for quarter end mark...

Looks like everyone here bully - including saliva! Could definitely bounce if any buying interest shows up. But for now AD line very negative, DVOl to UVOL over 10 to 1, VIX very poppy and energy, tech and financials getting trashed. Maybe they can pull it out here but I am not betting on...

Daily bouncing off 200 day though I would expect it to be broken - looks like market trying to deny first real possibility of the 50/200 day SMA cross on daily. Transports pretty nasty and RUT broke 500 level. May get a little bounce here but I would expect a bit more weakness to come in...

You may have good results but you are certainly one stubborn individual - which I assume serves you well. I learn new things all the time - and my life in trading futures truly is only a few years old though I spent many years before that in the equities world. Done with this argument since...
