Thanks for the feed back. Will keep the set up in mind. I guess since i wa short from 102.94 and had just covered at 102- was slow to react. I did shorted CL around 102.81 and 102.88 and covered around 102.51 area. Reason for short? Picture is worth a 1000 words.

Out flat 102. CL moved too quickly for my way of trading to try long. I want consolidation before trying long.

Took some off and added to shorts as CL kept drifting higher. Still trading August contract. TOS automatically switches over to new contract.

CL caught a bid on Russia Sanactions. But i am not going long till some nice pullback. Started shorts with small size around 102.30.

got out 99.52 area and reshorted 99.68. Out some 99.10 and no longs till buyere show up. These 30 ticks bounce in between have been DEAD CAT bounces so far.

Add to shorts 100.28. Out some 99.80

1) short NY open yesterday. 2) reshort around 11.40 am eastern time. Now short 100.41. Small position size. Cover 1 100.10. Tight ranges, low volatility, long hold time- either no trade or small enough size that long hold time does not matter.

No longs for me. On an A down day especially when trend for the week etc is down- to take a counter trend trade and try long, i need a flush down and then complete reversal of it. Flush down with complete revesal never came and thus no longs. Shorted again at 100.99 ( small position size)...
