if the stock has already opened you will get a "U R OUT" message and your trade will not be executed. You could enter a normal NX order to get the stock after the open though.

also, what brokers/ software platforms allow overseas trading?? I would like to get involved in trading the opens in foreign markets.

I scalp on 1000-3000 shares and on average trade 150K shares/ day. I usually pay around $1000 in commission and bullet costs/ day and the rest = my payday :cool:
