I'm going to try something different. I am going to have an extra account where I start with $15000 and see if I can grow it at 1% a day. I'm going to stick to round numbers for the most part, as in if I am at 15750 acct size I'll take $150 net as equating close enough to 1% for the day...

I agree, I was just curious why if you are trading that kind of size you were at IB in the 1st place? Much better rates have been available for awhile for that size with the those other platforms, from other brokers.

Just curious how many round turns you do a day at 35 a crack? If you only do 2 a day you could easily qualify for lower rates at other brokers where phone service has never been a question. I think you could have easily been saving .5-.8 a contract rt. I will throw out, in somewhat fairness...

Do I read the description on the site correctly, that it will now be possible to run the platform on more than one computer at the same time? I use 3 computers and that would be great. How does the fee structure work? Is it one fee or will I pay for each instance, and how about exchange...

I had slow response, never had an order disappear, and never had a cxld order filled. My problems were purely on the RCG end not the jtrader platform itself. Like I wrote, haven't had a problem since I switched clearing firms. On the other hand.. with IB I have had very slow response time...

Jtrader is a solid platform if you are with a good clearing firm. Only time I had a problem was when I went with a firm that used Jtrader via RCG. RCG had awful tech support of jtrader and I had the problems described. When I switched clearing firms my problems all dissappeared. Not one...

Anyone here ever trade these programs? I think they have been out of buisness awhile, but a friend who has quit trading gave them to me to play with. I can't seem to get them all to work properly in Tradestation 2000i, but it looks interesting, and with a little work I can probably figure...

I don't even bother trying to call. As good as they are for some things they are awful to deal with when this happens. Get a back up broker, or if you are playing with little capital find a different one you can get ahold of when all goes wrong. Yes there are now plenty you can find that are...

Thats the 2nd time I hesitated on a deal with Dell and missed. They had a 200g HD a few weeks ago that after two rebates would have been $22. It was a mistake, but they eventually said they would honor it. ARRRRGGGGG!!!

Anyone else having esignal lag problems? WHen the volume picks up it is really getting behind. Or any of the esignal reps know why this is happening? Thanks
