Does TD AmeriTrade, Tradestation, Lightspeed open account for Customers living in Europe ?

Honestly i don't want to risk studying all materials and not having anyone sponsor me, consdiering my age too. Also i prefer to be working independently. These exams are not hard to pass and why not do it. But still have to see what future will bring to me, then i can decide if i like to be...

and Instead of scrolling menu going left/right, Capitalise app needs to have drop down menu which lets you pick the desired words way faster

This is very limited ...example where are strategy performance, strategy positions and many strategy orders words that comes with Easylanguage ? This app is good if you have no time to seat behind computer on each daily basis and like to autmate your order placement for that paricular day...

Can Non-US citizen take these exams and seat for exam outside US? and which one needs to be sponsored? Thnaks

You can use 15 seconds or 30 seconds Candle or even Tick candles. Even you can use tick time-fram candles

Tradestation Has a huge community support ,,,in tradestation forums or other trading forums and also there are facebook groups for Easylanguage ...if you can't go with tradestation Use Mutichart as the same applies, because it supports two languages , Power Language and Easy Langiage both

Since i use tradestation, i prefer multichart, even they tried hard to copycat Tradestion, still lacks important features.
